TIMESCALES

Timescales vary depending on the scale and complexity of your project. However, as a guide, please allow 4-6 months for a stress-free experience that you can fully enjoy.

To ensure you receive a personal, one to one experience, my Bespoke Design Service is now limited to just 20 Clients a year, so please book a call approx. 6-8 months in advance of your Wedding date.

If this is outside of your timescale, please browse my sister company LG STUDIO for ready-to-order designs.

INVESTMENT

Please allow for a minimum spend of £3000 (which excludes my Bespoke Design Fee of £347), your spend can be spread across your Save the Dates, Invitations and On the Day Stationery…

THE DESIGN PROCESS

-Step 1-

COMPLIMENTARY CALL

Your Bespoke Experience starts with a 15 minute Complimentary Call, here we’ll discuss your timescales, budget, ideas and requirements to discover if we’re a good fit to work together.

If so, you’ll be emailed an LGL Design Questionnaire to complete and a link to schedule in your Consultation…

-Step 2-

CONSULTATION

During your Consultation we’ll go through your Design Questionnaire and you’ll be able to see and feel all the beautiful options available for your Wedding Stationery.

In person, Consultations take place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Central London and carries a £47 Fee.

However, during Lockdown periods or if you’re based Internationally, a Video Call works just as well.

If you’re happy with what you’ve seen, you’ll be required to pay a £347 Deposit to secure your booking. Please note that my Bespoke Service is exclusive to just 20 Clients per year…

-Step 3-

CONTRACTS

Following your Consultation you can expect to receive a Personal Quotation (within 10 working days) with a breakdown of costings for you to consider. Happy with your Quotation you’ll be required to sign your Contract and make a 50% payment to get started on creating your designs…

-Step 4-

CONCEPT CREATION

You can then expect to receive up to 3 Initial Design Concepts (via PDF) for you to consider and choose 1 as the foundation for your design. You can request unlimited tweaks to ensure your final design. Once perfect in every way, you will be required to make your balance payment and sign off your approval before sending to print and production…

CRYING & COMPLIMENTS
