CUSTOM OPTIONS

Your Wedding is a reflection of you, and I believe your Invitations shouldn’t be any different. Which is why I’ve created this Semi-Bespoke Service to allow you to choose a design you love, with the flexibility to choose the Custom Options that suit your individual style and budget.

Print options range from Digital, Hot Foil Stamping, Thermography and Letterpress and you can also choose to present your Invitations in an Envelope or go super luxe and choose a Presentation Box. But I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed with all the options – as I’m here to guide you every step of the way and we’ll discuss all your options in your Consultation…

TIMESCALES

Please allow up to 3 months for the whole process from beginning to end. As such, please contact me no less than 5-6 months ahead of your Wedding date (even sooner if you are planning an overseas or Wedding weekend) for a stress-free experience you can fully enjoy!

DELIVERY

Delivery is free for all UK orders over £500, orders under £500 are charged at £20 per delivery.

You’re also welcome to collect your order in person or arrange a car to collect from my studio in West London.

International orders are welcome and invoiced at cost prior to dispatch.

All orders come beautifully packaged in signature Leonie Gordon London boxes, delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and must be signed for.

Knowing first hand just how overwhelming and daunting planning a Wedding can be, I’ve simplified the process so that ordering your Wedding Stationery is a stress-free, enjoyable experience for you!

AWAIT COMPLIMENTS

Once you’ve fallen in love with a design, we’ll start the process with an initial 15 minute call (either by phone or video) where you can ask any questions you have and we’ll discuss your requirements.

From there, you can choose a face to face Consultation where you can see and feel all of the Custom Options available to you, or alternatively you can choose to work virtually where in which case you can order a Sample Box and we can discuss all your options by a video call.

Following your Consultation you can expect to receive a Personal Quotation via email within 10 working days…

Happy with your Personal Quotation you’ll receive an Invoice to make your 50% Deposit Payment together with a Wording Guide to help you with your Wording. Once your payment has cleared and you’ve submitted your wording, you can expect to receive your first round of PDF proofs within 5 working days.

Together we’ll work on perfecting your proofs until you’re 110% happy. You’ll then be required to sign a Final Approval Form and pay your remaining balance prior to your order being sent to print and production…

Once your order has been quality checked and lovingly packaged for delivery, you can expect to receive an email confirming your preferred delivery address and date (as it’ll need to be signed for)!
